All Contributions Are Final

This policy is issued by Hadjir Truth, operating as The Open Build at theopenbuild.org, referred to throughout as I, me, or The Open Build.

Contributions made through theopenbuild.org are voluntary and support the ongoing development of The Open Build ecosystem. All contributions are final at the time of transaction. The Open Build does not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances.

By completing a contribution you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is non-refundable.

No Goods or Services Exchanged

Contributions do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Access to the Contributors-Only Telegram channel and early product beta programs are provided as a courtesy to contributors and do not represent a contractual obligation or consideration for payment. These benefits may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without affecting the finality of past contributions.

Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a contribution was made in error or without your authorization, contact your payment provider or financial institution directly to dispute the charge. You may also contact me at hadjirtruth@theopenbuild.org with documentation of the issue and I will review it in good faith. Refunds remain at my sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Payment Processing

Contributions are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce. Each provider maintains its own terms and policies which govern the transaction in addition to this policy. The Open Build does not store payment card information.
