The Open Build is a public documentation project and early-stage venture ecosystem operated by Hadjir Truth, an independent founder. The site publishes a live record of the build process and accepts voluntary contributions to support its development. It is not a registered charity, a nonprofit, or an investment vehicle. Contributions are not tax-deductible unless and until a qualifying nonprofit entity is formally established and designated as the recipient.
All contributions made through theopenbuild.org are voluntary. Contributors receive no equity, ownership interest, or financial return of any kind. Contributions are final and non-refundable as described in the Contribution and Refund Policy. The Open Build reserves the right to decline or return any contribution at its sole discretion.
Access to the Contributors-Only Telegram channel and early beta access to ecosystem products are provided as a courtesy to contributors. These benefits are not guaranteed, may be modified at any time, and do not constitute consideration for payment. The Open Build makes reasonable efforts to honor these benefits but accepts no liability for interruption, modification, or discontinuation.
All content on this site including text, frameworks, product concepts, research, methodology, and design is the intellectual property of Hadjir Truth and The Open Build unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from that content without explicit written permission.

The Build Record contains plans, commitments, and projections about future milestones and ventures. These are genuine public commitments, not guarantees. Building is uncertain. Plans change.
